Day 3

Day 3


Today group 4 took on the mammoth challenge of Skiddaw and with a bit of encouragement at the start we made it! The highlight (apart from getting to the top) was   'tasting' the cloud and experiencing what it was like to be in one. Group 3 took on the challenge of Cat Bells and they all completed that with smiles on their faces. Group 5 climbed up to the Death Swing, Mr Holt enjoyed it as well as the others. They also built a fire, which was throughly enjoyed.

Tomorrow more activities are planned and the weather forecast is outstanding again!

    Katie - Hi my little munchkin! WOW - how much fun and adventure are you having! So jealous of all the activities you are doing and so very, very proud of you - way to go girl! Day 2 Hello We have had an absolutely fantastic day! Everyone has challenged themselves with a lot of new activities. My group undertook the death swing (challenge of heights and determination) and gorge walking. Mrs Norton’s group orienteered around the site and then took to the lake to canoe. Mr Holt’s group went out on top the hills. Every instructor has sung the praises of our Year 5s on their enthusiasm and their determination.
